AFI Release Spooky Fan-Made Video For ‘A Deep Slow Panic’

The Thing That Scares Us Most About This Video Is That There Are Absolutely No Shots Of Davey Havock, Oh The Horror!

June 12, 2014

A select group of talented AFI fans had their pretty little horror dreams come true today. In true Blair Witch-esque fashion, 25 pieces of fan-filmed art were combined to make a mysteriously dark, and haunting official music video for Burials latest ‘A Deep Slow Panic.‘ released via SPIN.  Earlier the band reached out to fans asking for 45-second video clips, focusing on one of four themes: panic, anxiety, collapse, and the loss of self. The final result was a beautiful video montage, full of stunning imagery and all your worst nightmares combined, you can watch the whole video above.

Cool fan-involving concept, or music video easy way out? Tell us what you think? And if that’s not enough, you can catch AFI at one of their summer tour dates with Linkin Park and Thirty Seconds To Mars listed below.
