Last month I had the pleasure of going out on tour with The Medic Droid in support of The Bunny The Bear. In a whirlwind of 14 days (I skipped out in Dallas) we traveled from Phoenix, AZ straight on through to Niagara Falls, NY and back again. It was 2 of the craziest weeks of my life, with some of the best people I have ever met.

Hailing from Austin, Texas, theatrical-rock duo One-Eyed Doll (OED) was formed in 2007, with the current line-up consisting of vocalist/guitarist Kimberley Freeman  and Jason Rufuss Sewell producer/drummer.

They currently have 6 studio albums under their belt and have won a variety of music awards such as Best Punk Band by Austin Music Awards at SXSW three years in a row (2009, 2010 & 2011) and Freeman also hit Guitar Player Magazines Top 20 Most Extraordinary Guitarists list.

In a strange moment of déjà vu we find ourselves back in Seattle in the midst of another torrential downpour, about to catch up with Picturesque and Palisades again at the good ol’ El Corazon. It’s been only a short 4 months since the Younger Dreams Tour back in November, but we’re not complaining! Any opportunity to catch the boys of Picturesque and Palisades is one we’re eager to take.
