Linkin Park Cancel Remaining Dates Of ‘The Hunting Party Tour’

Yes, the devastating  rumours are true. Linkin Park have been forced to cancel the remaining dates (all 16 of them) of ‘The Hunting Party Tour‘  with Rise Against, and Of Mice & Men.  due to a severe leg injury of lead vocalist Chester Bennington.  According to the bands official website, the injury requires immediate medical attention and makes it “physically impossible for Chester to perform.”

Chester goes on to say:

“I’m really disappointed this injury has made it impossible to continue with this tour. The first couple of shows were just magical. We will truly miss not being with our fans for the next few weeks. Hope to see you again soon.”

During their last show in Indianapolis, IN Chester played through the show on crutches, watch their encore of ‘Numb’ below:

Too bad he couldn’t take the  song literally, and numb out the pain for the rest of the tour! As sad as we may be that we can no longer capture footage from their show in Edmonton for you, we here at Remember MEdia want to wish Chester a quick recovery.
